Refund & Return

At Niki Fashion, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees and suits. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process under the following conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return a product for a refund or exchange if:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of the product’s delivery date.

  • The product is UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact (e.g., brand tags, hygiene strips if applicable).

  • The product is in its original saleable condition.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following items due to hygiene reasons:

  • Customized or Stitched Blouses.

  • Earrings or other body pierce jewelry.

  • Any product where the original hygiene seal (if present) is broken or removed.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering.

  • Minor variations in color or fabric texture due to monitor settings or natural lighting. These are not considered defects.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at nikkifashion75@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Subject line: Return Request: [Your Order Number]

  • Please provide:

    • Your order number.

    • The product name and the reason for the return.

    • Clear photographs/videos of the product highlighting the issue (e.g., defect, damage).

Step 2: Return Approval & Shipping

  • Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions if approved.

  • Do not ship the item back without an authorization number.

  • Once approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to our return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Return Shipping Cost

  • For Incorrect/Damaged/Defective Items: We will bear the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

  • For Change of Mind / Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Inspection & Processing

  • Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  • The inspection process may take 2-3 business days.

4.2. Approval & Refund Initiation

  • Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

4.3. Refund Method & Timeline

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards & Net Banking: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • UPI/Wallet: Refunds may take 2-7 business days.

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds in the form of cash or demand drafts.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently encourage a “Return-and-Reorder” process for exchanges to ensure you get your desired product quickly.

  • Initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange as per the process above.

  • Once your return is approved and the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the correct size or product on our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and/or a short video of the damaged/defective product and its packaging.

  • We will arrange a free pickup for the item and process a full refund or replacement at the earliest.
