Processing Time
All our products are carefully inspected, meticulously packaged, and prepared for shipment at our warehouse.
- Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is handed over to our shipping partner. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- Custom & Designer Items: Some bespoke or heavily embroidered designer suits may require additional processing time. If this is the case for your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within the estimated timeframe.
- Domestic Shipping (Within India): We deliver across all states in India. The standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
- Please Note: “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Total delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Shipping Charges
We offer transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
- Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India.
- (Optional Alternative if you charge for shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.)
Order Tracking
You can track your order in two ways:
- Via Email/SMS: Use the tracking number and link provided in your dispatch confirmation.
- On Our Website: Log into your Nikki Fashion account and view your order history.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout, including your PIN code, landmark, and a contact number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to change the address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at nikkifashion75@gmail.com. We can only modify the delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
What If I’m Not Available During Delivery?
Our shipping partners will typically attempt delivery twice. If you are not available, they may leave a notification and the package may be held at a local pickup point. We encourage you to use your tracking number to coordinate a re-delivery or pickup directly with the courier service to avoid having your order returned to us.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services internationally to bring Nikki Fashion to a global audience. Please check back with us soon!
